Quality Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage customer and supplier claims, including warranty and field claims, containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective measures.
• Coordinate PPAP and PSW approval processes with customers and suppliers and support customer release activities.
• Apply structured quality methods including 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate incoming material inspections, material releases, product identification, and sorting activities.
• Collaborate with production plants, logistics providers, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and reduce scrap, return delivery, and claim costs while supporting quality and operational targets.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• Experience in an automotive quality role with customer and supplier quality management.
• Hands-on experience with PPAP, PSW, customer release processes, and claim management.
• Knowledge of 8D, root cause analysis, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methodologies.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken; a CV in English is required.
