What you will do

• Manage quality control for new project milestones, identify critical characteristics, and develop quality control plans.
• Monitor mass production quality using SPC, QRQC, and FMEA to drive process and raw material improvements.
• Handle PPAP documentation and implement MSA analysis for new equipment and process changes.
• Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints and ensure timely closure using 8D methodology.
• Prepare for and lead internal and external audits and track the improvement of identified issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Automotive engineering.
• At least 5 years of QE experience (PQE, CQE, AQE) in the automotive electronics or mechanical industry.
• Good English speaking and listening skills.
• Proficiency in problem-analysis tools such as FTA, 5Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
• Expert knowledge of the five core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA.
