Compensation: $244,000 – $279,000 base salary, plus equity and 20% annual bonus

What you will do

• Own the full M&A lifecycle, from developing investment theses and sourcing targets to executing diligence, negotiation, and post-close integration.
• Lead end-to-end equity fundraising processes, including preparing investor materials, managing data rooms, and coordinating diligence.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
• Scale hirify.global Ventures by sourcing and evaluating early-stage investments in the digital asset space.
• Build institutional knowledge by establishing repeatable processes, templates, and frameworks for deal evaluation and sourcing.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with current and prospective investors to ensure alignment with company priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of executing and closing M&A or investment transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to own fundraising processes end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex deal theses for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort operating as an individual contributor in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or the broader fintech landscape.
• Experience building AI agents or utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
