Salary: $169,000–$211,000 USD base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with go-to-market leaders to define business questions and prioritize high-impact analyses.
• Build dashboards, reporting layers, KPI frameworks, and analytical workflows for Sales, Customer Success, and related customer-facing functions.
• Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, productivity, and resource allocation opportunities.
• Develop forecasting, scenario-planning, and decision-support models.
• Use SQL, Python, and modern analytics tools to work with large, multi-system datasets.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted analysis and automation, and present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy and operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar GTM-focused role.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for analysis, automation, and scalable reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that influence business decisions.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, independence, and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI or machine learning to segmentation, prioritization, forecasting, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI and visualization tools.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-motion SaaS business.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on ambiguous analytical questions.
