Indirect Sourcing Specialist (EU Shift)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; collaboration with sourcing teams in Switzerland and the United States during the EU shift.

What you will do

• Support Global Category Managers and Sourcing Managers with operational and strategic procurement activities.
• Perform data cleansing, spend analysis, consolidation, dashboard maintenance, and market analysis.
• Prepare and execute template-based eRFI, eRFQ, and other eRFX processes, including bid comparisons and supplier follow-ups.
• Support contract negotiation, renewals, commercial clause reviews, eSignature routing, repository management, and expiry tracking.
• Coordinate procurement documentation, compliance activities, training sessions, reporting, and project administration.
• Handle lower-complexity sourcing cases and support small- to medium-sized projects, progressing toward end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, consulting, sales, or key account management within a globally operating organization.
• Experience with negotiation, contracting, and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query; familiarity with SAP and procurement platforms such as Jaggaer or similar systems.
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• CIPS or another procurement certification.
• Project management experience or PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, spend analytics platforms, procurement automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
