What you will do

• Develop and execute market-based sourcing strategies for Facility Management, Real Estate, and Utilities.
• Lead the RFP process, establish negotiation plans, and execute procurement contracts to meet organizational goals.
• Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, service, and technology support.
• Utilize industrial engineering knowledge to evaluate equipment and systems to reduce total operational costs.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark data to provide strategic feedback and KPI reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with local and global stakeholders to drive process and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Professional experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, preferably within the semiconductors or electronics industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills for communication with executive leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven ability to organize and coordinate cross-functional projects on a local and global level.

• Experience working with SAP.
