Indirect Logistics Sourcing Intern

Location: Hybrid in Mindelo, Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Support sourcing projects and strategic procurement initiatives.
• Assist with RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis.
• Analyze supplier pricing and spending data.
• Create reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Track supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Resolve sourcing inquiries, invoice issues, and maintain supplier and contract records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
