Staff - Technical Service (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Support Service Engineers with the installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform basic installation tasks, functional checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Prepare tools, test equipment, materials, and documentation for service activities.
• Record service activities and equipment information accurately in relevant systems.
• Prepare basic service reports, support demonstration and evaluation setups, and escalate technical issues and customer feedback.
• Participate in formal training and on-the-job learning to develop technical service competencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Equipment, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level technical service exposure.
• Basic analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate, follow guidance from senior staff, and comply with safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Basic knowledge of medical devices or technical systems.
