What you will do

• Create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability.

• Order and track necessary parts to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site at the Louisville, KY facility.
