ALDI Territory Supervisor

Location: Philippines; field-based role with regular store visits and audits

What you will do

• Supervise and support ALDI retail associates and store teams to meet operational and sales targets.
• Work with the ALDI Sales Lead to implement sales strategies, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Monitor in-store performance metrics and provide reports, feedback, and recommendations.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance, compliance, and staff engagement.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, and HR to resolve operational issues and address customer concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, sales, or field operations.
• Understanding of sales processes, retail performance metrics, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently in field-based settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.

• Experience working with ALDI stores or in a financial or consumer goods retail environment.
