What you will do
- Manage team performance across resolution, CSAT, productivity, quality, customer experience, and sales metrics.
- Conduct call listening, behavioral coaching, root-cause analysis, action planning, audits, and call reviews.
- Complete weekly coaching, audit, attendance, and performance deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve client products, processes, policies, and business outcomes.
- Present team performance to clients and partner with operations leadership on attendance, retention, and stay interviews.
- Support employee engagement through site activities and team-level initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Manager.
- Strong sales operations background with a proven record of driving performance.
- Experience coaching and developing agents to achieve sales and service goals.
- Ability to manage teams in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Experience delivering results across multiple KPIs, including productivity, quality, customer experience, and revenue or sales metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
