What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for patients referred to the program.
- Handle patient inquiries and feedback to facilitate enrollment and conversion.
- Navigate financial, subscription, and insurance credentialing conversations with patients.
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams to refine enrollment workflows.
- Improve operational processes to enhance patient onboarding and support.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to drive funnel improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaborative, written, and oral communication skills.
- Growth mindset with a focus on scaling processes and improving efficiency.
- Ability to define and report on key metrics for success.
Nice to have
- Experience in the health-tech industry.
- Background in medical office administration.
- Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with GSuite, ZenDesk, and Slack.
