Global Analyst Relations Assistant Director (PR/Communications): Managing and enhancing strategic relationships with industry analysts to position hirify.global as a leader in technology and digital services with an accent on storytelling and strategic positioning. Focus on developing end-to-end value narratives, designing experiential formats, and executing global engagement programs.

Location: Must be based in one of the following US cities: Austin, Houston, Nashville, Irving, New York, Brooklyn, Bridgewater, Atlanta, Chicago, or Dallas

Salary: $88,544 - $281,842

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic Analyst engagement program globally across key domain areas.
  • Manage analyst briefings, including presentation development and securing client references.
  • Coordinate strategy advisory sessions and report market trends to leadership.
  • Lead the Executive Partner Program to map analysts to company leaders.
  • Arrange global Analyst Events, summits, and roundtables to increase market visibility.
  • Collaborate with PR and Marketing to promote positive reports and track leadership rankings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analyst relations or related fields (PR, Investor Relations).
  • Experience working in large, global matrixed organizations.
  • Must be based in the United States (specifically in one of the listed cities).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous deadline-dependent projects.
