What you will do

• Design and implement platform components connecting hirify.global with banks across Europe.
• Develop payment initiation and authentication services for secure, seamless transactions.
• Build scalable, service-oriented systems supporting millions of users.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on a future-proof connectivity framework.
• Optimize performance and reliability across transaction-intensive payment systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures and service-oriented systems.
• Proactive ownership and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Team leadership experience.
• Experience with Open Banking, PSD2, financial integrations, or real-time payments.
• Knowledge of encryption techniques and security best practices.
• Experience with highly scalable, transaction-intensive systems.
