Senior Manager, Consulting (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead and elevate the Strategic Consulting practice by defining standards for expert, opinionated consulting.
• Manage individual-contributor consultants against utilization, CSAT, and delivery-efficiency metrics.
• Develop performance coaching, onboarding, training, and knowledge-management strategies.
• Partner with clients to clarify business objectives and ensure high-quality strategic deliverables.
• Strengthen value realization by connecting consulting services to customer ROI and business outcomes.
• Coach consultants to own client outcomes, address risks directly, and present solution-oriented recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• 3+ years of direct management experience with professional services consultants, project managers, or technical resources.
• Experience defining and implementing consulting methodologies that promote best practices, efficiency, and reduced scope creep.
• Strong leadership, coaching, performance-management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of professional services metrics, including utilization, CSAT, and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
