Learning Management System (LMS) Programmer

Location: Altus, Oklahoma, USA; work is performed in a professional office environment. Domestic travel may be required. Only U.S. citizens are eligible, and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain training syllabi, course structures, instructional materials, graphics, and media across multiple LMS and TMS platforms.
• Administer GTIMS and operate the LMS help desk, providing technical support and resolving user issues.
• Coordinate course and class implementation with schedulers, registrars, SMEs, training programs, and TMS vendors.
• Analyze training-system data, prepare custom reports, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot system, database, and workstation or server issues; install courseware and update database configurations.
• Conduct user training, support new-user immersion, and improve LMS workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in a similar or related field.
• Administrative experience with GTIMS is required.
• Knowledge of electronic training management systems; familiarity with AETC/AMC flight operations is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written, verbal, and technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous ATS or active-duty flying experience.
• Experience supporting training environments or instructional system design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with AETC/AMC flight operations.
