Salary: $204,000 – $243,000

What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for the personalized growth engine, translating vision into buildable phases.
- Define requirements and prioritize the backlog for the growth stack, including data infrastructure and incentive systems.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization and validate impact.
- Drive multi-vertical network adoption using localized, personalized communications based on proximity.
- Run rapid experimentation on messaging and incentives to identify and scale repeatable user habits.
- Partner with internal marketing and lead cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience leading complex, platform-level initiatives.
- Proven track record of building scalable personalization platforms, CRM systems, or 0-to-1 products.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on experience in experimentation.
- Technical fluency and ability to communicate strategic narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with mandatory office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
