Salary: $233,000 - $278,000 depending on location

What you will do

• Own the consumer growth system including conversion, retention, cross-sell, and organic user-to-user growth.
• Set and evolve consumer growth strategy grounded in data and consumer insight.
• Drive product quality, polish, reliability, and trust across the app.
• Increase multi-category adoption turning single-category users into engaged multi-category users.
• Build habit formation and balance supply/demand and unit economics.
• Lead and grow a team of consumer product managers with an AI-centric approach.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Austin, Chicago, Washington, DC, or New York City with required in-office days.
• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning consumer app growth through hypergrowth.
• Strong product judgment with experience building high-quality, habit-forming consumer products.
• Experience leading and growing a team of PMs (5-10) and scaling with AI-centric methods.
• Deep expertise in consumer apps and secondary marketplaces including supply/demand and unit economics.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, marketplace, or transaction-driven products.
• Experience designing for trust and credibility as a conversion lever.
• Exposure to payments or financial-experience product work.
