What you will do

• Lead ongoing improvements to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) to maximize team output and product quality.
• Architect and own the product roadmap infrastructure, utilizing Jira and AI-powered dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
• Implement AI-native workflows to automate requirements drafting, backlog grooming, and customer insight synthesis.
• Establish governance standards for roadmap data and track metrics on product team performance and process health.
• Facilitate team-wide engagement, including product all-hands, monthly reviews, and onboarding for new PMs.
• Design and maintain the product operations technical stack through robust Jira/Confluence configurations and system integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (E-Verify eligibility required).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar roles in high-growth tech companies.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and leading AI systems such as Claude.
• Proven experience transitioning teams toward AI-native ways of working and automating manual processes.
• Strong data-driven approach to developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Experience with Jira Product Discovery, Cursor, or Notion.
