What you will do

• Own the supply-side product experience, driving members to host homes and build lasting habits
• Design product systems from first home setup to recurring hosting, emphasizing trust and rewards
• Analyze behavioral and economic drivers of hosting to identify what motivates and blocks supply
• Use AI prototyping tools and rapid experiments to test hypotheses quickly
• Prioritize high-leverage levers via data analysis, cohort studies, and first principles
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, design, and operations to improve hosting supply
• Champion the host perspective in all product decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing, high-growth products
• Experience building marketplace or supply-constrained products
• Deep data skills: funnel analysis, cohort studies, behavioral analysis, custom metrics
• First principles thinking about human behavior
• Scrappy with AI tools, prototyping, and lightweight experiments
• Operate in ambiguity with bias for action and founder mindset
