Loan Originator (Nevada) | Sage Home Loans

Location: Remote, available only to candidates living in Nevada.

Salary: $35,000 per year plus applicable incentives.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and explain loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps.
• Communicate loan progress and collect required consumer documentation.
• Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and strengthen customer retention.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion and cycle-time targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Processing teams and own the client experience through closing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven record of performance and client trust.
• Active NMLS mortgage loan originator license and experience originating multiple loan products.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products.
• Knowledge of fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TILA requirements.
• Excellent phone sales, relationship-building, prioritization, and proactive communication skills.
• Must live in Nevada to be eligible for the remote position.
