What you will do

• Support mortgage loan officers and processors with application reviews, documentation, disclosures, and general clerical tasks.
• Review loan files, identify deficiencies, correct information, and obtain missing documentation from borrowers.
• Manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans.
• Deliver disclosures, appraisals, and property valuations while tracking proof of receipt.
• Follow up on outstanding file items to maintain timely processing and loan closings.
• Coordinate closing schedules with borrowers and title companies.

Requirements

• At least one year of mortgage-related experience involving customer contact.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, customer service, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States, with California identified in the location listing.
