Location: Remote (USA). Must operate within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours to support the East Coast region.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, Loan Originators, Branch Managers, and third parties.
• Setup new purchase applications and issue pre-approval letters accurately.
• Review cash, credit, and income qualifications and verify documentation for discrepancies.
• Process and disclose loan applications ensuring full TRID compliance.
• Manage the loan pipeline to ensure 95% of loans close on time.
• Coordinate with underwriters and Realtors to resolve potential issues before closing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of current conventional fixed, ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing or origination experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Encompass, DU, and LP.
• Deep understanding of RESPA and mortgage/consumer lending regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for verifying income and assets.
• Excellent communication skills for client and partner coordination.

Nice to have

• State and Federal NMLS License.
• Experience with major investors' guidelines.
