What you will do

• Maintain Unified Endpoint Management solutions for device configuration, software deployment, patching, and endpoint compliance.
• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS, VMware, and related infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, security settings, monitoring, backups, alerts, and security events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, endpoint, application, and infrastructure issues for end users.
• Deploy operating system patches, software, updates, and configuration changes according to established procedures.
• Support cloud, virtualization, storage, infrastructure projects, system migrations, documentation, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in systems administration or a related IT support role.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and a UEM platform such as Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, or Workspace ONE.
• Basic competence with AWS, VMware, Windows Server, IP addressing, structured cabling, UPS hardware, SAN storage, and enterprise storage solutions.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent IT systems administration experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required.
• Ability to work onsite at the New Jersey customer site, including weekends and flexible hours, and lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• PowerShell or other scripting and automation experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business technology systems.
• Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or endpoint management certifications.
