Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and networking at the Sharpsburg location.
• Administer endpoint management platforms for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Manage user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and IAM via platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Own site infrastructure, including A/V systems, printers, and network connectivity.
• Implement endpoint security standards and assist with compliance monitoring and audits.
• Develop scalable IT workflows and technical documentation to support company growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or desktop support.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS environments in a business setting.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or JumpCloud.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Sharpsburg, PA.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or SAML/SCIM integrations.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
• Experience working in startups.
