Business Area Manager Sales International (Process Analytics)

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic business plan for the Process Analytics business across international markets.
• Drive sales growth, market share, profitability, and new market opportunities in process industries.
• Develop partner business plans and manage distributor and indirect sales channels.
• Lead, coach, and develop Market Managers while supporting succession planning and employee engagement.
• Own the business area P&L, budgets, pricing, margins, costs, and financial targets.
• Collaborate across divisions to improve customer value, commercial execution, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing international distributor networks, indirect sales channels, and partner business planning.
• Proven success leading commercial teams in industrial B2B environments and selling high-value technical solutions.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food and beverage, or related process industries.
• Understanding of Process Analytics, industrial instrumentation, and manufacturing process integration, including pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, TOC, turbidity, chlorine analysis, chromatography, flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurement.
• Fluent English at C1 level is required.
