What you will do

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales and profitability across untapped customer segments.
• Lead customer value analysis workshops to design tailored digital solutions for food and beverage clients.
• Drive the bidding process, preparing quotations and formulating contracts in collaboration with pre-project teams.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultancy firms, OEMs, system integrators, and technology providers.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, webinars, and summits to position the brand as a leader in digital innovation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity regarding IIoT, Cloud, Big Data, and Analytics.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation).
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within automation or industrial robotic technology.
• Proven track record in sales hunting and closing complex strategic deals.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and technical audiences.
• Capacity to navigate cross-functional, multicultural teams across global markets.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
