What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical roles simultaneously.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to define requirements and calibrate candidate standards.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and other technical talent platforms.
• Run structured interviews and coordinate assessments from initial contact through offer.
• Maintain accurate ATS stages and pipeline tracking in Ashby.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to guide sourcing strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience focused on software engineers, QA, mobile developers, systems analysts, or similar roles.
• Proven proactive sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles while maintaining pipeline visibility and candidate communication.
• English at B2 level or above is required for daily candidate screening and communication.
• Experience in a startup, technology-driven company, or international environment.
