Technical Recruiter (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, must be based in Europe

Salary: €48,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical recruiting process, including sourcing, pipeline building, and closing.
• Build pipelines for senior engineering roles across backend, data, and product engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and refine requirements.
• Craft personalized outreach to engage high-quality passive senior talent.
• Develop and optimize the technical recruiting function as the first dedicated owner of this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a track record of successful senior hires.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates who are not actively looking.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience regardless of the outcome.
• Must be based in Europe to allow for periodic team meetups.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to support other non-technical roles when needed.
