What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for a focused portfolio of high-priority technical roles in AI infrastructure and engineering.
• Build targeted talent pipelines through original research, unconventional channels, and long-term relationship development.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate talent, and run disciplined pipeline reviews.
• Translate complex technical work into a compelling story to attract and close candidates from highly competitive environments.
• Optimize recruiting operations using Ashby and experiment with AI tools to enhance the hiring machine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a record of winning talent against the world's most established tech companies.
• Proven success in a fast-growing, early-stage startup or similarly demanding environment.
• Advanced creative sourcing ability to uncover strong candidates outside of obvious talent pools.
• Strong judgment and influence to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Exceptional storytelling and closing skills, with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technical domains.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience building the recruiting function from the ground up at an early-stage technology company.
• Recruiting background in AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of closing senior and staff-level engineers.
