What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical background, motivation, expectations, and potential risks.
• Present candidates in a structured, business-relevant way and coordinate the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate engagement and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• Strong proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond technical skills, including motivation and long-term alignment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.
