Senior Manager, Finance PMO & Operations (Procure-To-Pay)

Location: West Coast, United States

Salary: $152,100–$245,950 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own planning, project intake, prioritization, and trade-off decisions across the Controllership organization.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs involving Finance, IT, Engineering, Sales, and other business teams.
• Improve accounting processes and close procedures while identifying automation opportunities that reduce manual work.
• Develop a Global Business Services strategy supporting global coverage and efficient growth.
• Lead executive communications, project reporting, metrics, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive organization-wide standards, process optimization, and technology improvements across Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working in Accounting groups and 8+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs.
• Demonstrated success in process optimization, automation, planning, OKRs, QBRs, reporting, and executive communications.
• Experience implementing and managing SOX controls across business processes and IT.
• Proficiency with Jira, project management tools, and reporting systems.
• Expert-level presentation skills, including developing impactful presentations with Google Slides.

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience.
• CPA certification.
• SQL or Python experience.
