What you will do

• Own and streamline planning, intake, and prioritization processes across the Controllership organization.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs involving IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence and process standardization to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute a Global Business Services strategy to support efficient organizational growth.
• Lead executive communications, QBRs, and reporting to ensure alignment on OKRs and project outcomes.
• Implement and manage SOX controls across business processes and IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting groups with a strong background in process optimization.
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
• Expertise in program management, executive reporting, and metrics.
• Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet export control compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience.
• CPA certification.
• SQL or Python proficiency.
• Expert-level presentation skills using Google Slides.
