Onsite Medical Representative

Location: Onsite in Tracy, California, USA

Salary: USD 26–31 per hour, plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Assess and administer first aid for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, referring associates to outside medical providers when needed.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for work-related injuries.
• Maintain care records, activity logs, shift reports, medical supplies, and a clean first-aid environment.
• Provide safety coaching on the operations floor and promote injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness.
• Support first aid, CPR, and AED training, drug-testing protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Collaborate with WHS managers, specialists, injury prevention staff, associates, and site leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from an approved emergency cardiac care provider.
• Current EMT or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from the BOC or an equivalent state certification.
• Ability to work onsite in Tracy, California, including flexible day, night, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, and work in variable noise, temperature, weather, and stair conditions.
• Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required within three weeks of starting if not already held.

Nice to have

• Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping proficiency.
• Experience with industrial wellness, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, body mechanics, OSHA regulations, or workers’ compensation.
• Recent military combat medic, field medic, healthcare specialist, hospital corpsman, or aerospace medical service experience.
