TL;DR
Clinical Implementation Specialist I (Acute Care Technology): Coordinating clinical education, product implementation, and go-live support for hospital resuscitation technologies with an accent on workflow assessment, competency development, and customer training. Focus on leading system-wide implementations, influencing clinical protocols, and resolving complex customer and technology challenges across hospital environments.

Location: Remote; candidate must be based in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine. Travel up to 75% is required, including visits to customer sites in the United States and Canada. A current passport is required for cross-border travel.

Annual salary: $90,000–$135,000.

What you will do

  • Assess hospital clinical workflows and configure products to meet customer practice needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver customer education, orientation, in-service, and continuing education programs.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
  • Manage system-wide implementation activities and act as a project manager for educational and training events.
  • Build relationships with nurses, physicians, department leaders, sales teams, and hospital training teams.
  • Support quality improvement, resuscitation protocol changes, trade shows, sales activities, and distributor training as needed.

Requirements

  • RN, paramedic, or respiratory therapist with 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to educate clinical personnel and apply evidence-based clinical literature to drive change.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and interact with senior hospital leaders.
  • Must be based in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine; availability to travel up to 75% and a current passport are required.

Nice to have

  • AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
  • Clinical education experience.
  • Project management experience.
