Onsite Medical Representative

Location: Onsite in Glendale, Arizona, USA

Salary: $26.05–$31.00 per hour, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Provide first aid, assess occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses, and refer associates to external medical providers when necessary.
• Support emergency response at the site and assist with first aid, CPR, and AED certification training.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for work-related injuries.
• Maintain care records, daily activity logs, end-of-shift reports, medical supplies, and a clean care environment.
• Coach associates and site leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, body mechanics, and observed at-risk work habits.
• Assist with safety committee meetings, case management reviews, and random saliva drug testing protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from an approved emergency cardiac care provider.
• Current Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic certification from the Department of Health or NREMT, or active Athletic Trainer certification from the BOC or equivalent state authority.
• Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or the ability to obtain it within three weeks of starting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, climb stairs, and work in variable noise, temperature, and weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and body mechanics coaching.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation, and digital recordkeeping.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Recent military medical experience in a qualifying combat, field, healthcare, hospital corpsman, or aerospace medical service role.
