Senior Technical Program Integration Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. This U.S.-based hirify.global Contract Employee role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship and may require occasional international travel.

Annual salary: $52,000–$200,000.

What you will do

• Own SATAS program integration, weekly operating cadence, action tracking, dashboards, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Coordinate execution across process equipment, testers and handlers, AMHS, automation, standards, safety, infrastructure, and pilot-line integration swimlanes.
• Lead alignment among U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders, equipment suppliers, external partners, and internal technical teams.
• Translate technical status into program-level risks, trade-offs, milestones, escalations, and executive updates.
• Coordinate sustainability deliverables, energy-consumption measurement, waste-reduction metrics, and operational improvement activities.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, meeting notes, leadership briefings, monthly reviews, and quarterly review materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, factory automation, systems integration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment development and deployment.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, milestones, risks, mitigations, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, organization, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor assembly, test, packaging, substrate manufacturing, factory operations, and pilot-line startup.
• Knowledge of equipment interoperability, SEMI standards, safety compliance, and V-Diagram systems and equipment development processes.
• Experience with CAD tools, data analysis, Microsoft Office, executive dashboards, risk registers, and program management tools.
• Experience working with equipment suppliers, research institutions, industry consortiums, or government-funded technology programs.
• Background in sustainability, energy efficiency, operational excellence, and manufacturing productivity improvements.
