Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect - Digital Native Business

Location: United States; travel up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $219,100–$301,300 USD annually, plus potential performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for complex customers and multiple data and AI use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, production launches, healthy consumption, and ongoing platform adoption.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, Education, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Act as the first technical contact for production and go-live issues, escalating complex matters to expert teams.
• Build roadmaps for adoption, optimization, cloud cost control, governance, and executive reporting.
• Provide customer health, usage, risk, investment, and use-case progression updates to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project or program delivery experience in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Knowledge of solution architecture for distributed data systems and business-value measurement.
• Experience managing accounts, stakeholders, resources, strategic roadmaps, discovery workshops, and complex escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
