R & D Solution Architect – Digital Clinical Development Operations (AI)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, United States; onsite. This position is open to US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $133,500–$192,833.33 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of clinical operations solutions in line with architecture strategy and governance standards.
• Work with business stakeholders, clinical experts, service lines, and program leaders to define requirements and clinical technology strategy.
• Design scalable, interoperable, and operable solutions aligned with business processes.
• Simplify existing architecture, create reusable services, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain current-state and target-state architecture roadmaps and set strategic technology direction and standards.
• Evaluate product value and cost during supplier selection and provide architecture leadership across projects.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in solution architecture and a strong background designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions.
• Understanding of clinical-domain processes, hirify.global R&D technologies, data types, and ontologies.
• Experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance in IT solution design and implementation.
• Experience with Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, OpenShift, React, SQL, AWS, and Azure.
• Advanced skills in architecture, application design and integration, and computerized-systems compliance; intermediate DevOps and Lean/Agile skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus English proficiency.
