What you will do

• Own the technical vision and architecture for the integration pod, defining connections to systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Architect data ingestion systems handling API rate limits, authentication, and security.
• Design and evolve context primitives in the IQ layer to support AI-driven experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to translate customer-specific requirements into scalable solutions.
• Research and propose architectural improvements, weighing trade-offs for long-term scalability.
• Mentor the team and contribute to the broader organizational technical vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record at staff or principal levels.
• Deep expertise in designing integration and data-ingestion systems for multiple external APIs.
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals for reliability and maintainability.
• AI fluency, including understanding of LLMs, agents, tokens, context windows, and RAG.
• Proven ability to lead major technical initiatives and evaluate their real-world trade-offs.
• Must be located in the continental United States.
