What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications (e.g., NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong) using APIs, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS.
• Act as a Salesforce subject-matter expert: understand the object model and data structure, troubleshoot issues, and perform light administration (fields, page layouts, permission sets, flows).
• Translate business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash) into scalable integration workflows with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain integrations in Workato (or similar iPaaS), including error handling and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across cloud applications to ensure data accuracy and service reliability.
• Document integration architecture and coordinate integration testing around Salesforce release management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on integration development experience with strong Salesforce knowledge (objects, fields, relationships, sharing model) and some Salesforce administration experience.
• Proven, hands-on expertise building integrations using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform (Zapier, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) — core requirement.
• Strong knowledge of integration methods: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, pub/sub, event-driven architecture, and ETL/data transformation.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization standards: OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API keys.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise business applications (e.g., NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong) and understanding their data models/APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent practical experience.
