Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, excluding annual bonus and recurring RSU grants.

What you will do

• Implement new features and maintain high-performance components of hirify.global’s travel search and corporate travel platform.
• Extract, parse, clean, combine, and process large datasets using databases and scripts.
• Build and maintain integrations with airline, hotel, rental-car, enterprise, HRIS, and identity-provider APIs.
• Develop debugging and diagnostic tools for existing products.
• Own software designs from initial concept through deployment, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural steering to keep the K4B platform modular and reusable.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Java programming skills and understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Experience with Unix shell scripting, Spring, MyBatis, REST APIs, web services, and SOAP.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to work from the Concord, Massachusetts office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Travel industry experience.
• B2B systems or identity and HR integrations, including SCIM, SAML/OAuth, SSO, user provisioning, Workday, Okta, or Active Directory.
• Experience with DOM, XPath, jQuery, CSS, and machine learning.
