Operations Enablement Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote Canada

Salary: CAD 128,000–188,000 per year, plus equity, benefits, and monthly health, wellness, and technology stipends.

What you will do

• Lead a team delivering complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, and business priorities.
• Define roadmaps and execution plans while managing KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, senior leaders, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes and support regulatory change.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, workflow optimization, and end-to-end change management.
• Build and maintain SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, and AI-enabled knowledge tools for human and AI agents.
• Own training strategy and delivery for onboarding, continuous learning, and new product rollouts, using measurement and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, including 2+ years in fintech or financial services.
• 3+ years of experience scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Subject matter expertise in financial regulations, including UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, and GDPR.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, managing risks and stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, strategic planning, communication, and execution skills.
• Certification in Six Sigma, project management, or design thinking.
