Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage programs and multiple parallel projects to meet client commitments, business targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Set delivery priorities, identify risks, and manage issues to the appropriate resolution level.
• Lead client relationships, identify business needs, and support upselling within existing engagements.
• Oversee program finances and create program-level status reports.
• Build and develop subordinate teams, including hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with stakeholders to review program status, goals, commercial needs, and changing priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, department director, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing 5+ concurrent projects through Project Managers, with a combined team of 50+ people.
• 3+ years managing enterprise-wide technology transformation and innovation programs.
• Experience with client-side or subcontractor-side outsourcing development.
• Strong knowledge of risk and issue management, status reporting, problem solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid engineering background with hands-on technology delivery and experience managing remote, international project teams.

• FinTech experience.
• Experience in CX or contact center domains.
