AVP, MSF Enterprise Client Enablement (Fintech)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, with hybrid work and required in-person engagement at the nearest hirify.global Hub. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available. Business travel to hirify.global Hubs and client locations is required as needed.

Salary: $90,000–$155,000 annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise client enablement for MultiSource Financing products across internal and third-party hosted environments.
• Coordinate requirements, prioritization, testing, launches, and delivery across technology, agile, commercial, marketing, legal, compliance, fraud, credit, and distribution teams.
• Own program governance, control plans, escalation management, and on-time, on-budget execution for complex client initiatives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for technical, business, and customer experience aspects of enablement.
• Manage client and partner enablement requests, identify optimal capabilities, and remove cross-functional roadblocks.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communication to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with six years of marketing or product experience in credit card or financial services.
• At least four years of project management, product management, or technical enablement experience, including successful product or application launches.
• At least three years of financial services experience and experience managing complex initiatives in matrixed, fast-changing environments.
• Ability to influence and coordinate multifunctional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• U.S. work authorization is required, and employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for business is required.

• Strong agile or product management experience.
• Quality or process improvement experience with measurable business or customer experience impact.
• Knowledge of financial services, payments trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• UX and customer experience focus, partner or vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced problem-solving ability and a proactive, self-starting approach.
