Corporate Strategy Analyst

Salary: $86,200–$118,600 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and quantitative modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze internal and external data and synthesize actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, market strategies, partnerships, acquisitions, operating models, and innovation pilots.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, business cases, and projects while managing priorities and timelines.
• Prepare executive presentations and recommendations for senior leaders, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy colleagues and cross-functional business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in strategy consulting or corporate/business unit strategy.
• Strong quantitative analysis, research, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate and test hypotheses, synthesize complex information, and produce clear executive insights.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2–3 in-office days per week in an approved U.S. location.
