Senior Analyst, Strategy (Gaming)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; onsite work schedule of four days per week

Salary: $94,580–$174,988 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead organization-wide strategy projects across franchises, studios, and business functions.
• Build market sizing models and financial analyses for new games, sequels, and franchise extensions.
• Evaluate new platforms, regions, and business models to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze franchise potential and recommend portfolio, pricing, and monetization strategies.
• Assess partnerships, licensing arrangements, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities.
• Present recommendations to executives and VPs while building consensus across finance, product, marketing, and studio teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or corporate development/strategy at a leading TMT company.
• Four-year college degree.
• Exceptional quantitative skills and financial acumen.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interfacing with C-suite stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Self-directed, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and interested in interactive entertainment and technology.
