Senior Contract Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Onsite hospital environment; no travel required.

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 per year, depending on market factors, budget, education, skills, experience, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Create member-ready analytics deliverables for complex contract categories, revenue generation, and contract penetration.
• Review and clean large datasets, understand data flows, and manage data collection, uploads, and manipulation in Supply Chain ITS tools.
• Troubleshoot data and tool issues, resolve complex problems, and escalate issues to the Manager when needed.
• Identify gaps in sourcing, contracting, technology, and analytics solutions.
• Support evolving analytics models by providing insights into data, optimization, performance, and technology.
• Train and onboard MVE staff and collaborate with Directors, Managers, Contract Analysts, and cross-functional regional teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated performance in a Contract Analyst role for 2–3 years or equivalent external experience.
• Experience preparing and presenting clinical or financial data using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and hirify.global tools.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, communicate effectively, mentor staff, and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Healthcare and IT environment experience.
• Advanced business intelligence tools or data-pull experience.
• Knowledge of spend and supply market analysis, sourcing strategy, and hirify.global data sources.
