What you will do
- Provide hands-on support across assembly, testing, machining, and daily production operations.
- Monitor process controls and production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and resolve real-time operational issues.
- Lead root cause analysis using methods such as 8D and 5 Whys, implementing permanent corrective actions.
- Drive Lean and shop-floor improvements involving fixtures, tooling, layout, standard work, 5S, and waste elimination.
- Lead manufacturing and CapEx projects from concept through implementation, including budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Improve equipment reliability, process capability, and production performance using OEE, RFT, downtime, yield, SAP, Power BI, and Excel data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, economics, or another STEM subject.
- Demonstrated success leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with shop-floor operations, production troubleshooting, and performance standards.
- Data-driven approach to root cause analysis and operational decision-making.
- Strong decision-making, influencing, teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
