Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical support for day-to-day production process issues.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using 5S and Lean Six Sigma.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support the design and implementation of new processes, equipment, and projects.
• Create production documentation, including SOPs, Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methods.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.
• Degree or HNC in an engineering discipline (desirable).
• Experience with CAD software, specifically SolidWorks (desirable).
• Experience with ERP systems and data management tools (desirable).
