What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve productivity, quality, costs, and safety.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, map workflows, investigate root causes, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Support SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes, ERP projects, and the maintenance of BOMs, routings, and other master data.
• Support New Product Introduction, engineering changes, manufacturing feasibility assessments, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams on operational improvement initiatives.
• Improve manufacturing data quality, reporting, business systems, and adoption of continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving, process optimization, data analysis, and performance reporting.
• Experience supporting SAP manufacturing processes, including master data, BOMs, and routings.
• Ability to contribute to ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices.
• Ability to support NPI, engineering changes, product costing, compliance, and related manufacturing processes.
